The Results

We used a pre-owned steel framed two storey modular building from our extensive range of stock that was the perfect size for the job. Working closely with the client we agreed the layouts required before starting refurbishment works here at our yard in Alton, Hampshire. We were able to deliver the building and complete all works, including a full groundworks package, on time and on budget. Priestlands School were extremely happy with the product and service provided.

Challenges We Faced

Due to the building being a two storey modular structure, we had to comply with Local Building Control and demonstrate that our design met all fire criteria. This brought many challenges to the project and we had to work very closely with the local fire officer to achieve final approval.
