We are pleased to announce that PF Modular has been awarded a place on ESPO Framework 953_26 Modular Buildings, with effect from 23 April 2026. This appointment provides schools, academy trusts and public sector organisations across the UK with a fully compliant, straightforward route to procure PF Modular’s bespoke modular classroom buildings.

What is ESPO?

ESPO is a public sector-owned professional buying organisation with more than 40 years of experience in procurement. It provides over 100 frameworks covering a wide range of goods and services, all designed to offer public bodies — including schools and local authorities — a legally compliant, efficient and cost-effective route to market.

Suppliers on ESPO frameworks are assessed during the procurement process for financial stability, track record, relevant experience and technical and professional ability. The frameworks are free to access for public bodies and remove the need for a separate, full tender exercise, saving both time and resources.

What Does This Mean for Schools?

Our Modular Classrooms

They also come with an Energy Performance Certificate as standard.
